How to provide a photo
Simply upload your photos to your order with the 'Upload Your Photo' options. If you are having problems email them to support@letterfest.com
To use Google Street View, go to Google.com, click on ‘Maps’ and enter the address. Click on the street view of the road or drag the yellow stick man onto the map. Use the pointers to locate your house. When you have a good view, click the link icon, copy the link and send it to support@letterfest.com
What do you draw? We sketch from the perspective in the photograph and won’t include satellite dishes, dustbins etc - let us know anything specific in your enquiry. The sky and ground is coloured in our painterly watercolour style and digitally printed. The buildings and foliage are left white.
If you've asked for a digital proof, your illustration will be sent to you via email for you to check. We offer up to 3 amends to your original drawing. For further changes there will be an additional charge.

Hand drawn and digitally printed to order on 200gsm acid free, fine grain artists paper. All prints supplied with a white, bevel-cut window mount.
Frames
Our frames are all handmade in the UK from solid wood - choose from 3 styles (see image thumbnail for colours). Supplied with integrated hanging hook and Pilkington glass (Extra large frames are glazed with high grade UV perspex for glare reduction and safe shipping).
