PRODUCTION TIMES
PLEASE NOTE: Check the individual product page for up to date delivery times.
Our Studio is open Monday to Friday and and our daily cut off for orders sent same day is 1pm. Everything we send is made to order, and then sent either standard delivery (approx 3 days) or express (next working day or Saturday guaranteed). Express delivery is only available on some of our products. Please note these are subject to change.
Engraved stone and pebbles - dispatched within working 10 days (Express Delivery not available)
Engraved terracotta - dispatched within 4 working days
Bespoke illustrations - dispatched within 7 working days
Art prints - dispatched within 2 days
Stationery (photo albums etc) - dispatched within 2 days
Cushions - dispatched within 3 working days
Books - dispatched within 4 working days
UK FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Cost: £3
Your package will be posted tracked 48 hour post after it has been produced - so should arrive the 2-3 days after dispatch.
Please contact us for tracking if your item takes longer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Cost: From £10.95
Your package will be posted using Royal Mail Air Sure which can be tracked. Shipping to Europe takes approximately 5-7 days. Shipping to the US takes approximately 7-10 days. Rest of world eg: Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore etc takes approximately 10-14 days. If you are ordering an item for a special occassion, please leave plenty of time as the timings above are only approximate and parcels can take longer especially at busy times such as Christmas.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
Cost: £6.95
For orders within the UK only, you can upgrade your postage to Guaranteed Next working day delivery. This included the production time - on art prints and stationery if you order before 1pm in the week, delivery will be next working day. On Illustrations if you order before 1pm, delivery will be 2 working days. Saturday delivery is available for an extra charge. If you have a deadline, let us know at checkout and we'll aim to produce your order to arrive in time.
