This review could easily have been a complaint - initially I was sent something I hadn’t ordered, having chased the delayed order and asking that it wasn’t spoiled because it had been overlooked. However, Letterfest pulled out all stops to replace the incorrect item so I could hand it over on the correct day. Excellent customer service and excellent product. I would thoroughly recommend Letterfest and their window pot.
