Will my video definitely be used?
Not every video is selected. If yours is, we'll email you within 2 weeks.
Where will you use it?
In our organic social posts, in paid social ads and on letterfest.com.
What's the £50 thank you?
A £50 Letterfest voucher, emailed to you once we share your video. It's valid for 12 months, there's no minimum spend, and it's one per customer.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. Email support@letterfest.com and we'll stop using your video in anything new, and remove it where we can.
Does everyone in the video need to agree?
Yes. Please only send a video if everyone in it is happy for it to be shared.
