General Obligations

Letterfest shall deliver the goods as specified. The customer shall provide payment for the goods prior to despatch. Letterfest reserve the right to decline any order without reason being given.

Descriptions and specifications

Whilst every effort is made to ensure colours displayed are a close representation, slight variations in the actual goods may occur.

Currency

All prices shown in this website are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT where applicable (credit cards sales will be charged in your local billing currency by your credit card provider).

Shipping

The price shown as PnP includes the cost of packaging and the post.

Duties and local taxes

Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.

Damages and refunds

Please contact us within 7 days if you are not happy with your purchase and we will try and put it right for you. Every effort is made to make sure your goods arrive in perfect condition, please contact us if anything is damaged in transit. Personalised items are non refundable unless damaged or faulty. We reserve the right to make a charge for any work already undertaken on personalised goods if an order is cancelled.

Applicable law and courts of jurisdiction

All transactions undertaken through this website are governed by English Law and any legal actions arising out of such transactions shall be subject to the English Legal processes and under the jurisdiction of English Courts.

Nothing in this agreement affects the statutory rights of a consumer. Letterfest's total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Letterfest to the customer.
