Delivery times
Order Processing:
All of our products are custom-made. Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends) after receiving your order confirmation email. Check the individual product page for up-to-date delivery times as this is subject to change based on the product chosen. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note, if you order a proof service with an illustration, this can lengthen the processing times.

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that international shipments may incur additional customs and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package using the link provided in the email.
Shipping Carriers:
We use Royal Mail for domestic shipping and FedEx for international shipping to ensure your order is delivered in the most efficient manner.
Shipping Address:
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@letterfest.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
