Based on false advertising and service. We purchased this book as it was advertised to be delivered before Christmas 22-23rd December but wasn’t dispatched until the 23rd and did not receive it until after Christmas. Support blatantly ignored the emails after their initial apology which put the blame on their couriers even though they advertised it on their website and charged extra for such service. Basically if you have a complaint with letterfest they will respond with an intial email then simply ignore you which I have noticed with similar issues in other reviews on their website. Would not recommend purely on service I’ll go back to the company I used before as they have never let me down and was upfront about their delivery dates unlike letterfest which simply lied to get the sale.

We paid approx £5 more than similar items in the hope that this would be reflected in the quality. We weren’t disappointed.
The only spoiler was a spelling error on the final page which we missed on entering the order!

Lovely book & story, but they spelled sledding as sledging! Someone needs to do some proof reading before shipping.
