Every illustration can be further personalised with a printed message. Choose from 3 typefaces (script, handwritten or a modern sans-serif). Your text will be printed on 2 lines, the top line being a slightly larger size eg: The Orchards / 15 Lane End, Bideford, Devon.

About the illustration

Your Illustration will be hand drawn black & white drawing of the property, not a computer generated image, so we can add or remove things you don’t want eg: cars, lamp posts, and we won't include elements such as dustbins, satellite dishes etc. We will sketch the view from the photograph (ie the same perspective). We include textures such as brick and roof tiles and some of the surrounding landscape. The drawing will be portrait or landscape that best suits the image.

Please note with this product we do not draw people (for example bride & groom, families, couples, etc) who are pictured in the photograph, image or link that you supply.

Made from:

Hand drawn illustration coloured on the computer for lovely solid lines and digitally printed in a graphic, contemporary style with offset block colours on 200gsm acid free, fine grain artists paper. All illustrations are provided in a bevelled white mount. Framing: 2cm wide wooden frames in black, white and oak. All frames supplied with mdf backing board, integrated hanging hook, and Pilkington glass except extra large frames which are glazed with high grade Quinn perspex for safe delivery.
