Bespoke Father and Child Portrait

A beautiful black and white portrait based on a photograph provided by you, capturing that special moment in a unique illustration. The perfect gift for birthdays, Christmas and Father's Day.

To guarantee complete accuracy we now use bespoke filters on the computer to turn your treasured photo into a pencil sketch style portrait. Please enlarge image thumbnails for examples of this effect - it is a linear style with added pencil strokes and shading. We can include or exclude the background behind the people, just let us know when ordering. The image can be whatever you want - just the two of you, or the wedding party, a formal pose or a more relaxed moment.

We can also print names, date or a message underneath the illustration in a handwriting style.

If you've asked for a digital proof, your portrait will be emailed for you to check. We will only be able to make small amends such as cropping and depth of shading (rather than changing face shape etc!) We offer up to 3 amends to your original drawing. For further changes there will be an additional charge.

How to provide a photo

Simply upload your photo to your order with the 'Upload Your Photo' option. If you are having problems email it to support@letterfest.com

Please make sure the photo is the largest version you have - blurred iPhone pics will not be suitable!

Framing

We mount all the illustrations in a high quality bevelled white mount and also offer contemporary wooden frames. Choose from black, white or oak all supplied with Pilkington glass and a mdf backing board. The extra large frames have an integrated hanging hook, ready for display. These larger frames are glazed with perspex for safe delivery. We use a high grade Quinn Perspex with perfect optical qualities (so it looks completely clear) and are UV stabilised (so they won't discolour over time).
