Lunchfest…

In honour of British Sandwich week, the LETTERFEST team decided to out-do each other on the ”Who has the loveliest looking lunch today?” front. Bob won with this creation. Note the bite marks – he couldn’t wait to start eating it before we could photograph it. Wendy’s effort, involving a naan bread didn’t make the grade….We also thought this would be the perfect chance to show off the very snazzy new tea making corner at Letterfest HQ – the hub of the office.

Our friend in the village, Simon, made these gorgeous shelves for us to hold all our trinkets, condiments and teas. Thank you Simon!

Wedding season cometh!

The LETTERFEST team have recently had a flurry of wedding venue portraits commissioned and we thought you might like to see a selection. We think they are the loveliest way to remember someone’s wedding day.

This lucky couple got married at Highclere Castle, where Downton Abbey was filmed.

Our personalised favourite place illustrations can be used for lots of different types of location. How about where you and your other half had your first date? Or, where you got engaged? Your 1st kiss? Don’t worry if you don’t have a photo of the place, we can find it on the internet and make it look beautiful for you. Have a think of somewhere that is special to you.

LETTERFEST Kindle competition.

Don’t get too excited – we aren’t handing out free Kindle’s.

As the Kindle covers are still fairly new to us we decided to keep a record of the amount of each colour we sell. We have used one of our lovely decorative chalkboards and drawn a very impressive tally chart – that Hannah has the pleasure of updating when we get a new order (which she secretly loves).

It is still early doors but Orange and Black are in quite a bit of a lead with Blue looking very sorry for himself in last place – we all love an under dog so we are now rooting for Blue to win.

We will keep you posted with an update of the leader board next month.

All money raised from In Memory Pebbles will go towards providing much needed care and support for people facing life limiting illness at St Cuthbert’s Hospice.

Harry learns his ABC

A few piccys from the weekend, the weather was lovely so we mooched on the beach, went kayaking and spotted the balloon man in the local high street. Later he was sighted floating over Exmoor

Our first Kindle cover order

After a lot of work testing the design and making various samples we are now taking orders for Kindle covers. This is our first order – thanks Janet!
